Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize Salesforce platform configurations while ensuring stability, scalability, and governance. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on declarative solutions, clean system design, and collaboration with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce configurations using declarative tools
- Maintain platform stability, governance, and best practices
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective problem resolution
- Ensure proper documentation and system supportability
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Partner with developers when custom solutions are required

Compensation & Location
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
