About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Salesforce Architect to join our team in Chicago. This is a high-impact role designed for a “Trusted Advisor” who can translate complex business goals into scalable, high-performance Salesforce ecosystems. If you are a master of both “clicks and code” with a deep pulse on the latest Salesforce innovations, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Strategy: Architect high-level and low-level designs, including system landscape diagrams, data models, and complex integration patterns.
  • Agentforce & AI Innovation: Leverage deep knowledge of Agentforce and LWC to build next-gen, autonomous customer service and sales experiences.
  • Enterprise Integration: Design seamless integrations with external systems (Informatica, TIBCO, API Management) and define robust security/access models.
  • Technical Governance: Act as the final escalation point for technical issues, lead code reviews, and mentor developers to ensure best-in-class delivery.
  • Implementation Oversight: Lead data migration strategies, environment management, and release management workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years in IT/CRM with significant hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture.
  • Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in LWC, Apex, and platform capabilities.
  • Architectural Depth: Strong understanding of REST/SOAP integration patterns, data modeling, and enterprise security.
  • Strategic Consulting: Proven ability to manage stakeholders and provide “Trusted Advisor” guidance on configuration vs. customization.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Solution Architect certifications are highly preferred.
