Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team for an onsite position based in Hartford, CT. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platform development, including Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Apex programming. The ideal candidate will be a local resident with no relocation assistance provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC and Aura), and other Salesforce technologies.
- Design and implement complex business logic and workflows within the Salesforce platform.
- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and development environments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce development processes and methodologies.
- Work closely with offshore teams in an onshore/offshore support model.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 14+ years of overall IT experience.
- 3-5 years of Salesforce Lightning Web Component (LWC) development experience.
- 3-5 years of Salesforce Lightning Aura Component development experience.
- 3-5 years of experience with programming languages: APEX, Core Java, JavaScript.
- Experience with development tools such as Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, and ANT.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visualforce Pages, Workflow & Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Package Installations, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, AppExchange, Apex Data Loader, Roles & Profiles.
- Experience working in an Agile methodology, preferably SAFe.
- Good communication and collaborative skills.
- Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model.
Certifications:
- Required: Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) Certification.
- Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) Certification.
- Preferred: Agentforce Specialist Certification.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with GitHub, RTC, and automation tools.
- Experience with IVR Technologies like AYAYA, CISCO, Chatbot etc.

Compensation & Location
