Role Overview
VBeyond Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in New York City. This role is designed for a technical leader who possesses deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically focusing on OmniStudio and the Business Rules Engine (BRE). As we move into 2026, the demand for sophisticated, industry-specific cloud solutions has never been higher, and this position sits at the forefront of that evolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving technical excellence and delivering high-impact solutions that align with complex business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical leadership to a dedicated team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring the successful execution of projects within agile delivery frameworks.
- Facilitate and lead technical design sessions, architecting robust end-to-end solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems.
- Collaborate extensively with business stakeholders, product owners, and quality assurance teams to ensure that technical implementations directly support and enhance business goals.
- Translate intricate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce architectures, producing high-quality technical documentation for all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Execute core development tasks, including the design and implementation of complex applications using advanced Apex coding, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative Salesforce features.
- Direct the creation and management of integrations between Salesforce and external third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and point-to-point integration strategies.
- Maintain and enforce rigorous code quality standards through regular code reviews, performance optimization, and the promotion of development best practices.
- Manage the full scrum lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and developer assignments, while upholding Salesforce security and data modeling principles.
Technical Requirements and Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- A minimum of seven years of professional Salesforce development experience, with at least three years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce is mandatory.
- Proven experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity) and the Business Rules Engine is essential for this role.
- Strong background in integrating Salesforce with external systems via various API protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring three days of onsite presence at our New York City office. This allows for a balance of collaborative in-person interaction and the flexibility of remote work. Compensation & Location
Salary: $165,000 – $215,000 per year (Estimated)
