Role Summary:
I am looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our technology team, focused on pioneering the next generation of intelligent, automated CRM solutions. In this role, you will be the technical lead for designing, developing, and deploying AI agents using the Salesforce Agentforce technical framework in a production environment. You will have a deep understanding of Sales Cloud Lightning, and work with cutting-edge integration technologies (Data Cloud/MuleSoft/Snowflake) to create autonomous, data-driven agents that revolutionize how our users engage with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Agentforce Implementation: Architect and implement AI-powered agents using Agentforce, Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Production Deployment: Take ownership of deploying intelligent agents into production, managing real-world constraints such as token budgets, inference latency, and trust layer security.
- Sales Cloud Optimization: Enhance Sales Cloud Lightning implementations, optimizing sales pipelines, and automating complex business processes through advanced Apex, Flows, and LWC.
- Integration & Data Management: Design and maintain complex integration solutions using MuleSoft (for API orchestration) and Snowflake (for data warehousing/data lakes) to feed relevant, real-time data to AI agents.
- Data Cloud & Integration: Architect and implement Data Cloud solutions, integrating with Salesforce via MuleSoft and Snowflake.
- Agent Actions & Automation: Create and configure Custom Agent Actions to enable agents to interact with external systems and update Salesforce records autonomously.
- Best Practices & Security: Ensure all AI implementations comply with safety and security guidelines using the Einstein Trust Layer.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications for intelligent agents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 12+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 1-2 years specifically implementing AI agents/Agentforce.
- Salesforce Core: Expert-level knowledge of Sales Cloud Lightning, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Flows.
- Agentforce Mastery: Deep understanding of Agentforce Technical Framework (Agent Studio, Prompt Builder, Topics, Actions) and RAG.
- Integrations: Solid experience with MuleSoft and Snowflake integration with Salesforce.
- AI/LLM Knowledge: Understanding of Large Language Models, prompt engineering, and conversational AI.
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, and Agentforce Specialist/Agentforce Developer certification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications (Plus):
- Experience in the Real Estate domain.
- Experience building, training, and deploying AI agents for end-users.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (Data Cloud Consultant, AI Specialist).

Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 per year
