Position Summary

K-Tek Resourcing is looking for a Senior Salesforce Lead with specialized expertise in Health Cloud to join a high-impact project onsite in Plainsboro, New Jersey. This is a long-term leadership opportunity for a professional who possesses a deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform and a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical authority, guiding the development team through the intricacies of Salesforce Health Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations while ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic healthcare objectives. In the 2026 healthcare landscape, the integration of patient data and provider workflows is paramount, and this role sits at the intersection of technology and patient care.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions, with a specific focus on Health Cloud and Experience Cloud (LWC) components.
  • Oversee Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security profiles, and workflow rule configuration, to maintain a secure and efficient environment.
  • Develop high-quality, scalable code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components, following industry best practices and design patterns.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and external data sources using Web Services, SOA, and Metadata APIs.
  • Perform comprehensive code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers to ensure the highest standards of code integrity and performance.
  • Analyze complex business problems and propose innovative technical solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams in a large, matrixed organizational structure.
  • Utilize migration tools and CI/CD processes to manage the deployment of Salesforce metadata and configurations across various environments.

Technical Ecosystem & Requirements

  • 8-10 years of extensive experience in design and development on the Force.com platform.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud).
  • Expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, SAQL, and SASL.
  • Strong proficiency in web technologies including JavaScript (jQuery), HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, and XML.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations involving third-party tools like Google Analytics (GA) and OneTrust.
  • Exceptional communication and virtual collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work onsite in Plainsboro, NJ, and commit to a long-term project duration.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Health Cloud Accredited Professional) are highly preferred.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $170,000 – $220,000 per year (Estimated)
