Job Summary
K-Tek Resourcing is seeking a Senior Salesforce Lead with specialized expertise in Health Cloud and Experience Cloud to lead a long-term project for a major client in Plainsboro, NJ. This is an onsite leadership role requiring a blend of deep technical proficiency and strategic architectural vision. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce implementations, ensuring that the solutions meet the rigorous demands of the healthcare industry while maintaining high standards of performance and security. You will be the primary technical point of contact, guiding a team of developers and administrators to deliver transformative digital experiences for patients and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, focusing on Patient 360, Care Management, and Provider Relationship Management.
- Oversee the development of custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components within the Experience Cloud framework.
- Direct the technical team in Apex development, ensuring code quality through rigorous reviews and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Manage complex integrations between Salesforce and third-party healthcare systems using Web Services, SOA, and Metadata APIs.
- Configure and maintain sophisticated security models, including user roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate healthcare business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Drive the migration and deployment process using modern CI/CD tools and Salesforce DX.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA through secure data handling and auditing.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to cross-functional teams in a large matrix organization.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- 8-10 years of extensive experience in Salesforce design and development on the Force.com platform.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) is mandatory.
- Expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript (jQuery).
- Strong background in Salesforce integration with external systems (GA, OneTrust, etc.).
- Experience with Salesforce administration, including workflow rules, process builder, and flow.
- Familiarity with Migration Tools and Metadata APIs.
- Excellent communication and virtual collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple projects.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Health Cloud Accredited Professional) are highly preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $160,000 – $210,000 per year (Estimated)
