Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Product Owner with a strong background in Wealth Management to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce, particularly Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud, and a solid understanding of wealth management domain specifics such as client onboarding, advisor workflows, and portfolio management. You will work closely with business stakeholders, including advisors, operations, and product teams, to translate their needs into actionable product backlogs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog, including user stories, epics, and prioritization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and business teams within an Agile development environment to drive product development.
  • Spearhead Salesforce-related enhancements and platform improvements to optimize user experience and business processes.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define the product roadmap and ensure the delivery of tangible business value.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure that delivered solutions meet business goals and requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, with a strong track record of managing product backlogs and delivering successful product releases.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, with a preference for Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud modules.
  • Solid domain expertise in Wealth Management, including understanding of client onboarding, advisor workflows, and portfolio management processes.
  • Experience working effectively with diverse business stakeholders (e.g., advisors, operations, product teams) and translating their requirements into detailed user stories and product backlog items.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with client/portfolio data platforms.
  • Exposure to regulatory and reporting workflows within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of data flows and integrations within financial systems.

Important Notes

We are specifically looking for candidates who possess a unique blend of Salesforce expertise, Product Ownership skills, and deep Wealth Management domain knowledge. Candidates must demonstrate experience in all three areas.

This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days onsite in Hamilton, New Jersey, and 1 day remote per week. Local candidates to Hamilton Township, New Jersey are strongly preferred, and an in-person interview is required.


Special Requirements

Hybrid NYC 1 day a week – NO RELOCATION CONSIDERED Need Local Only. In-Person Interview Required. H1B and Local to Hamilton Township, New Jersey Candidates Only.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)

Location: Hamilton, NJ
