Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior SAP Application Developer to play a lead technical role in the S/4HANA Initiate Phase 0 program for a prominent global healthcare organization. This high-impact position requires a deep technical understanding of SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) modules. The developer will act as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), bridging the gap between functional requirements and technical execution to ensure a seamless end-to-end logistics flow. This is a hybrid role with work locations available in Philadelphia, PA, or Titusville, NJ.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and configuration of SAP TM within an S/4HANA environment.
- Provide advanced technical support and development for SAP EWM (P3 level proficiency required).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement end-to-end logistics processes.
- Support the Phase 0 initiation of S/4HANA, including system landscape optimization and technical roadmap development.
- Develop and maintain complex ABAP code, interfaces, and enhancements specific to Life Science Orchestration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues related to logistics and supply chain modules.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on SAP best practices and S/4HANA innovations.
Technical Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP TM (S/4HANA) configuration and end-to-end process knowledge.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of advanced proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Deep understanding of logistics business processes, particularly within the Life Sciences or Healthcare sectors.
- Strong proficiency in ABAP development, including OO-ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and OData services.
- Experience with SAP integration technologies (PI/PO, CPI) and third-party logistics provider integrations.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $175,000 – $225,000 per year (Estimated)
