Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior SAP Architect with 15+ years of hands-on SAP experience to lead enterprise architecture, S/4HANA transformations, and large-scale SAP modernization programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, legacy SAP ECC, and cloud-enabled SAP landscapes.
This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong technical depth, business acumen, and executive communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Define SAP architecture strategy and roadmap aligned to business objectives
- Lead S/4HANA Greenfield/Brownfield implementations and system conversions
- Architect integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems
- Design scalable solutions leveraging SAP Business Technology Platform and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Oversee data migration, performance tuning, and security architecture
- Provide technical leadership to functional and technical teams
- Support pre-sales, solution design, and executive stakeholder engagement
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of SAP experience; 5+ years in SAP Architecture role
- Multiple full-cycle SAP implementations (including S/4HANA)
- Strong experience with:
- SAP Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing modules
- Integration (APIs, IDocs, middleware)
- SAP HANA architecture
- SAP Fiori design and deployment
- Experience with cloud-hosted SAP environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel (as required for U.S.-based clients)
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certifications (S/4HANA / Architect track)
- Experience leading multi-country or large enterprise rollouts
- Exposure to RISE with SAP
Special Requirements
Need GC or Citizens. please look for EX Big 4 or Accenture. (IBM ,Infosys ,Wipro TCS).
Compensation & Location
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (Estimated)
