Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior SAP EWM Consultant for a 100% remote position. This role is designed for a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in SAP modules, specifically focusing on Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The consultant will be responsible for post-implementation configuration, architectural alignment, and the delivery of high-quality warehouse management solutions for our enterprise clients.
Core Responsibilities
- Post-Implementation Configuration: Lead the optimization and configuration of SAP EWM systems following initial implementation phases to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
- Architectural Collaboration: Work closely with SAP Architects to ensure that technical solutions align with the broader enterprise architecture and business objectives.
- Requirement Analysis: Lead the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD), user story gathering, and functional specifications.
- Solution Delivery: Demonstrate and deliver innovative solutions to complex warehouse management challenges, ensuring system integrity and performance.
- Testing & Validation: Oversee comprehensive testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical requirements.
Technical Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in SAP consulting and implementation.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP EWM configuration and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to work within Agile frameworks, including story gathering and sprint planning.
- Strong technical understanding of SAP integration points with other modules like WM, MM, and SD.
- Experience in finding, demonstrating, and delivering end-to-end solutions in a complex warehouse environment.
Remote Work & Communication
As a remote role, the candidate must possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of productivity. Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and a disciplined approach to project management are required. Candidates must be self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $150,000 – $190,000 per year
