Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with a minimum of 12 years of experience to lead financial transformation initiatives in Raritan, NJ. This role requires deep expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, specifically the 2023 version, and a strong background in supply chain finance and product costing. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for designing global, regional, and local statutory solutions that align with complex business requirements.
Technical Requirements
- 12+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with significant hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA.
- Preferred experience with the 2023 version of SAP S/4 HANA FICO.
- Strong expertise in Supply Chain Product Costing and Supply Chain Finance (invoicing, vendor invoicing, PTP, etc.).
- Knowledge of Central Finance (CFIN) is highly desirable.
- Extensive hands-on experience across all FICO modules: AR, AP, AA, GL, PCA, CCA, COPA, and PC.
- Proven integration experience with other SAP modules, particularly SD and MM.
- Ability to build SAP inbound/outbound interfaces with third-party systems.
- Experience providing technical expertise and solution proposals based on complex finance and controlling requirements.
- Proficiency in testing tools, Solman Change, and Project Management tools and techniques.
- Experience in full End-to-End implementation, rollout, enhancements, and migration in both SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments.
- Strong functional configuration experience and understanding of financial process flows.
- Hands-on experience with IDoc/EDI interfaces.
Responsibilities and Leadership
- Conduct requirements gathering and analysis with key business users and system designers across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with global teams to design and deploy statutory solutions and test application interfaces.
- Coordinate with project functional and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of functional designs.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining complete documentation, including process flows and functional designs.
- Provide post-go-live support and lead troubleshooting efforts during critical project phases.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $185,000 – $235,000 per year (Estimated)
