Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with a minimum of 12 years of professional experience to join our team in Raritan, NJ. This is an onsite position requiring deep technical and functional expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, specifically focusing on the latest versions such as 2023. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementations, migrations, and enhancements within the Finance and Controlling modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze complex business requirements through direct interaction with key stakeholders and business process owners.
- Provide comprehensive solution designs and technical proposals for the Finance and Controlling (FICO) landscape.
- Configure SAP FICO modules including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), General Ledger (GL), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profitability Analysis (COPA), and Product Costing (PC).
- Design and implement global, regional, and local statutory solutions to ensure compliance across various jurisdictions.
- Coordinate effectively with functional teams, technical developers, and business users to ensure seamless integration.
- Manage the integration of FICO with other SAP modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM).
- Build and manage inbound/outbound interfaces with third-party systems using IDoc and EDI technologies.
- Support all phases of system testing, defect resolution, and go-live activities using tools like SAP Solution Manager (Solman).
- Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial processes.
Technical Requirements
- 12+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with multiple full-lifecycle implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA (experience with the 2023 version is highly desirable).
- Expertise in Product Costing within a Supply Chain environment and Supply Chain Finance processes (Invoicing, PTP).
- Solid knowledge of Central Finance (CFIN) and SAP BTP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM).
- Proven experience in building complex interfaces and working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Special Requirements
Visa constraints: Only H1B, H4-EAD, E3, OPT-EAD, USC, and TN Visas are applicable. No GC or GC-EAD. Interview mode: Onsite in Raritan, NJ.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $160,000 – $210,000 per year (Estimated)
