Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals for a variety of hotlist positions. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills in Project Management, Scrum Master, Product Ownership, SAP, .NET, Java, and Python development. We are looking for individuals who are ready to hit the ground running and contribute to challenging projects.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Scrum Master: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster an Agile environment for development teams.
- Product Owner: Define product vision, manage the product backlog, and ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- SAP Development: Design, develop, and implement SAP solutions, including customizations and integrations.
- .NET Development: Build and maintain robust applications using the .NET framework.
- Java Development: Develop high-quality, scalable Java-based applications.
- Python Development: Create efficient and effective Python scripts and applications for various purposes.
- On Bench / Hotlist: Candidates who are currently available and actively seeking new opportunities are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Product Owner roles.
- Strong technical background in at least one of the following: SAP, .NET, Java, or Python.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates must be available for immediate placement.
