Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR technology and a proven track record of successfully implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions. This role requires deep expertise in HR processes, talent management, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute 24 full lifecycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- Provide hands-on expertise in configuring and customizing Employee Central (EC), including Time Management and Position Management.
- Develop and manage MDF Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows within SuccessFactors.
- Ensure a strong understanding of core HR processes and Talent Management best practices.
- Manage and oversee the integration of Employee Central (EC) with SAP Payroll, Benefits, and various third-party systems.
- Utilize Integration Center to build and maintain complex integrations.
- Perform in-depth analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for SuccessFactors EC modules.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and provide expert guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors releases and functionalities.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in HR technology and SAP SuccessFactors.
- 24 full lifecycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- Hands-on experience with:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Time Management and Position Management
- MDF Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows
- Strong understanding of HR processes and Talent Management.
- Experience integrating EC with SAP Payroll, Benefits, and third-party systems.
- Expertise in Integration Center.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
