Job Description: Senior Selenium Tester
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Selenium Tester with a strong background in Salesforce, AI, and Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of overall experience, with at least 3 years focused on developing, executing, and analyzing automation tests. This role requires hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, and JavaScript, as well as experience testing APIs and data integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and analyze automation tests using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
- Test APIs and data integrations to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Utilize Salesforce and Agentfor experience to validate and test AI Agent functionalities.
- Understand AI concepts and the non-deterministic nature of testing AI-driven features.
- Validate and test the accuracy of AI responses, refine iteratively based on results, and ensure test data represents realistic user interactions.
- Engage in prompt generation and leverage Test Centre to execute these prompts effectively.
- Apply strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies and Agile principles.
- Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment is preferred.
- Collaborate effectively in an onshore/offshore support model, working closely with offshore teams.
- Utilize Test Management tools such as Rational Tool Suite and JIRA.
- Experience in testing customer support and contact center systems is a plus.
- Healthcare experience is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 7+ years of overall experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Test Automation and execution.
- Hands-on experience using Selenium, Java, JavaScript.
- Experience testing APIs and data integrations.
- Understanding of AI concepts and testing non-deterministic systems.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and SAFe Agile environment experience.
- Experience with Test Management tools (Rational Tool suite, JIRA).
Preferred Skills:

This is a contract position located in Hartford, CT. Candidates are expected to go to the office 3 days a week. Local candidates are preferred.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $52 – $52 per year
