Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Selenium Tester with experience in Salesforce and AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, Agile methodologies, and experience working in a regulated environment. This is an onsite position requiring 3 days a week in the office.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and analyze automation tests using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
- Test APIs and data integrations.
- Understand AI concepts and the non-deterministic nature of testing.
- Validate and test AI agent accuracy, refine based on results, and ensure test data represents realistic use interactions.
- Generate prompts and leverage Test Centre to execute them.
- Apply strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies and Agile principles, including experience in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
- Collaborate with offshore teams in an onshore/offshore support model.
- Utilize Test Management tools such as Rational Tool Suite and JIRA.
- Experience in testing customer support and contact centre systems is a plus.
- Healthcare experience is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 7+ years of overall experience.
- 3+ years of experience in developing, executing, and analyzing automation tests.
Location:
Hartford, CT – Onsite (3 days per week in office)

Local to CT or under 50 miles from Connecticut. H1, H4. Genuine candidate only. Onsite 3 days a week. Healthcare experience preferred.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $52 – $52 per year
