Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Selenium Tester with experience in AI and Scrum to join our client’s team in Hartford, CT. This is an onsite contract role requiring candidates to be in the office 3 days a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, API testing, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and analyze automation tests using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Test APIs and data integrations, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Perform hands-on test automation and execution.
  • Understand AI concepts and the non-deterministic nature of testing AI agents.
  • Validate and test AI agent accuracy, refining tests based on results.
  • Ensure test data represents realistic user interactions.
  • Generate prompts and leverage Test Centre to execute them.
  • Apply strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies and Agile principles.
  • Work effectively in a SAFe Agile environment.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams in an onshore/offshore support model.
  • Utilize Test Management tools such as Rational Tool Suite and JIRA.
  • Experience testing customer support and contact center systems is a plus.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of overall experience in software testing.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing, executing, and analyzing automation tests using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Experience testing APIs and data integrations.
  • Proficiency in Test Automation and execution.
  • Solid understanding of AI concepts and the challenges of testing AI agents.
  • Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience in a SAFe Agile environment.
  • Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model.
  • Experience with Test Management tools like Rational Tool Suite and JIRA.
  • Experience in testing customer support and contact center systems is preferred.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred.
