Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SharePoint Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing modern SharePoint Online solutions, with a particular emphasis on banking industry experience. This is an onsite position located in Pittsburg, PA, requiring local candidates only.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect modern SharePoint Online sites and hub structures to meet business needs.
- Define metadata, content types, and taxonomy to ensure efficient content management and guide users away from traditional folder-based models.
- Build and customize workflows and applications using Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline business processes.
- Plan and execute migrations of content and solutions from on-premises SharePoint environments or file shares to SharePoint Online.
- Integrate SharePoint Online with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive to enhance collaboration and document management.
- Gather detailed requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Partner with non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and usability of SharePoint solutions.
- Support change management initiatives, user adoption programs, and provide comprehensive documentation for developed solutions.
- Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with best practices for SharePoint Online development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer, with a focus on SharePoint Online.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, features, and capabilities.
- Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow and application development.
- Proficiency in planning and executing SharePoint migration projects.
- Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.
- Excellent requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with change management and user adoption strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a local candidate to Pittsburg, PA.
- 13+ years of experience required.
- Strong Banking experience is a must.
