About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer (Level III) with strong COBOL skills to join our team for a long-term engagement. This role involves mainframe application development, production support, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems.
Key Requirements:
- Mainframe (COBOL) experience
- Strong experience with COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, and MQ
- Hands-on experience with mainframe application development and production support
- Expertise in batch processing, abend troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Experience in loan / lease servicing or auto finance domain is highly preferred
- Ability to handle impact analysis and end-to-end SDLC documentation
- Comfortable with on-call production support
