Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Golang (Go) and Python to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in backend development, concurrency, building scalable microservices, and a solid understanding of AI/ML workflows, including RAG pipelines and LLM-based systems. You will also leverage your cloud and platform engineering expertise to contribute to our cutting-edge projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical areas and drive projects independently in Golang backend development.
- Develop and maintain scalable microservices with deep expertise in concurrency (goroutines, channels, worker pools).
- Implement and manage AI/ML workflows, including RAG pipelines and LLM-based systems.
- Contribute to cloud and platform engineering initiatives.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Golang and Python.
- Utilize TypeScript, React, and UI component libraries for frontend development.
- Design and implement GraphQL APIs and/or REST APIs.
- Build and scale platforms, tools, and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and CI/CD practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in AI/ML, MLOps, Data Engineering, and Developer Platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Golang (Go) and Python is mandatory.
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and UI component libraries.
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL APIs and/or REST APIs.
- Proven experience building scalable platforms, tools, and services.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in AI/ML, MLOps, Data Engineering, or Developer Platforms.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure, and system design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and drive projects to completion.
- Good design and UX sensibilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI Agents or ML workflows.
- Exposure to high-growth, fast-paced product environments.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
