About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for building and enhancing features that make accelerated compute accessible to everyone. You will be instrumental in developing the next generation of AI/ML workflows within the Gradient Platform team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide technical leadership and own a technical area within the team.
  • Drive large, cross-functional projects from inception to completion with high autonomy.
  • Work extensively with Typescript, React, GraphQL, Python, and Go.
  • Build and maintain UI components, libraries, tools, and services that power the platform.
  • Develop and maintain the Go and GraphQL API.
  • Collaborate on design and user experience (UX) aspects of the platform.
  • Participate in and support operational excellence initiatives.
  • Independently ship product features, managing the entire lifecycle from planning to launch and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with fellow engineers to devise elegant architectures and solutions.

What You’ll Add to the Client:

  • Technical leadership and ownership of a specific technical area.
  • Strong interest in development platforms, Data Engineering, MLOps, AI, CI/CD, and infrastructure, or building products for technical teams.
  • Ability to make effective trade-offs between engineering and product requirements, balancing short-term and long-term needs.
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment, with a focus on building UI component libraries, design systems, and tools using TypeScript.
  • Demonstrated design and UX sensibilities.
  • Knowledge of API standards, including REST and GraphQL.
