Job Title: Senior Technical Lead – Java, Spring Boot
We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead with strong experience in Java development, Spring Boot, and related technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of reactive programming, event-driven architectures, and experience with various databases and API development. You will also be involved in conversational AI platforms and large-scale enterprise implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Java development efforts using Spring / Spring Boot.
- Develop backend services and data-driven applications using Python.
- Implement and manage event-driven architectures with Apache Kafka.
- Utilize Apache Flink for stream processing and data pipelines.
- Implement caching strategies using Redis for performance optimization.
- Work with both MongoDB (NoSQL) and Oracle (RDBMS) databases.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs.
- Gain exposure to conversational AI platforms like Google Dialogflow CX.
- Understand LLM concepts, agentic architectures, and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with ADK, Playbook, or similar agentic frameworks.
- Understand machine learning fundamentals and model telemetry.
- Design and implement microservices architecture.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and work in cloud-native environments (OCP, Kubernetes).
- Collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 6-8 years of strong experience in Java development, including proficiency in Spring / Spring Boot.
- 2-3 years of experience with Python, focused on backend or data-driven development.
- Deep understanding of Reactive Programming (WebFlux, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Flink for stream processing and data pipelines.
- Proficiency in Redis for caching and performance optimization.
- Database expertise in both MongoDB (NoSQL) and Oracle (RDBMS).
- Strong experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of Google Dialogflow CX or similar conversational AI frameworks.
- Exposure to LLM (Large Language Models), agentic architectures, and prompt engineering concepts.
- Familiarity with ADK (Agent Development Kit), Playbook, or similar agentic frameworks.
- Conceptual understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model telemetry.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native environments (OCP, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate across engineering and product teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Prior experience in banking, fintech, or digital assistant platforms is an advantage.
- Should have worked/experience in Wealth and Investment Management.
This is a long-term, onsite position requiring Face-to-Face (F2F) interaction.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
