About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Program Manager with over 15 years of expertise to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for driving AI-enabled transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives across both government and enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product strategy and a proven track record of successfully managing complex technical programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical program lifecycles from initiation to completion.
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
- Oversee enterprise modernization projects, ensuring successful integration and adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to ensure program success.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate program status, risks, and issues effectively.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, roadmaps, and status reports.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Mobile Computing or a related field.
- Over 15 years of progressive experience in Technical Program Management.
- Extensive experience in Product Strategy, AI-enabled transformation, and enterprise modernization.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical programs in government and enterprise settings.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
Education:
- Masters in Mobile Computing (2008, UK)
- Master in Mobile Computing (2006, Madras University)
- Bachelors in Computer Science (2003, Madras University)
Work Preference:
The candidate is open to Onsite, Remote, or Hybrid work arrangements.
Availability:

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year
