Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in infrastructure program management and cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale modernization programs involving cloud migrations (AWS/Azure/GCP), application integrations, automation frameworks, and AI-driven capabilities.
This role requires a strategic leader with strong technical depth, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-level infrastructure programs.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure modernization and cloud migration programs
- Define and manage program roadmaps, including scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planning
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, security, product, and business teams
- Establish and maintain program governance, executive reporting, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality, scalability, and cost optimization
Cloud Migration & Infrastructure Modernization
- Develop and execute cloud migration strategies across compute, storage, databases, and applications
- Oversee migration lifecycle from assessment planning execution cutover optimization
- Implement and manage migration automation frameworks to improve efficiency and consistency
- Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a primary liaison between technical teams, leadership, and business stakeholders
- Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation strategies to executive leadership
- Drive decision-making and resolve complex cross-functional challenges
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in Project/Program Management (Infrastructure/Cloud preferred)
- Strong experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proven track record in large-scale cloud migration and infrastructure transformation programs
- Experience with automation tools and migration frameworks
- Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, databases)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven infrastructure optimization or automation
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications
- Background in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering environments

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100 – $130 per year (Estimated)
