Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects involving multiple vendors and integrations.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain full-scale project plans.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track and report project status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage project changes to meet business objectives.
• Provide direction to external vendors.
• Participate in quality audits.
• Develop RFI/RFP documentation when required.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Bachelors Degree

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Strong experience with vendor management and package implementations.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple dependent projects.
• Strong communication and executive presence.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong planning and coordination skills.
• Experience managing internal, external, and hybrid teams.
• Technical understanding of infrastructure and technology projects.
• Experience managing technology roadmap initiatives.

Tools & Technologies

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
• Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps (preferred)

Education & Certifications

• Bachelors degree or higher (required)
• PMP Certification (required)
• Agile Certification / Scrum Master (required)
• Degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (preferred)
