Senior UX/UI Designer – AI Platform
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to take on a pivotal role as the primary design leader for an innovative enterprise AI platform. This position is crucial for shaping the user experience and visual design of a rapidly evolving internal product. You will work in close collaboration with product management and engineering teams to ensure the delivery of a seamless, intuitive, and high-quality user experience that meets the needs of our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UX and UI Design: Take ownership of the UX and UI design across the entire AI platform, ensuring a consistent and high standard of design quality.
- Collaborate with Engineering: Partner closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to maintain design fidelity and ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement improvements in usability, visual design, user workflows, and the overall user experience based on research and feedback.
- Research and Benchmarking: Conduct thorough research and benchmarking of existing AI/LLM platforms to identify and incorporate industry best practices into our design strategy.
- User Research and Testing: Plan and execute user research studies and usability testing sessions to gather insights and inform design decisions, ensuring user-centricity.
- Design System Ownership: Own, maintain, and evolve the platform’s design system, including UI components, style guides, and best practices, ensuring scalability and consistency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively present design concepts, strategic decisions, and recommendations to various stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Enterprise Platform Experience: Demonstrated experience in designing UI/UX for complex enterprise platforms, including web applications, internal tools, and dashboards.
- Strong Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX thinking, problem-solving skills, and polished UI execution across multiple projects.
- Engineering Collaboration: Proven experience working effectively within engineering-led teams, understanding development constraints and processes.
- AI/LLM Familiarity: Strong understanding of AI/LLM concepts and practical experience with AI-powered tools and platforms.
- Third-Party AI Platforms: Familiarity with features and user experiences of third-party AI platforms, including chat interfaces, code generation, extensions, and workflow automation.
- Design Systems: Hands-on experience working with and maintaining design systems, including component libraries and style guides.
- Agile Environment: Ability to thrive and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $80 per hour (Estimated)
