About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Veeva PromoMats & Veeva CRM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive impactful digital transformation initiatives for leading Life Sciences clients.
In this role, you’ll bridge business, compliance, and technology, ensuring seamless content management and CRM operations while maintaining strict regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Delivery
- Lead implementation and configuration of Veeva PromoMats & Veeva CRM
- Gather and document business and functional requirements
- Support system setup, validation, UAT, and integrations
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
- Define best practices across the Veeva ecosystem
- Create SOPs, user guides, and training materials
- Conduct workshops and onboarding sessions
Compliance & Data Governance
- Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and global regulations
- Maintain audit trails, data integrity, and governance processes
Continuous Improvement
- Recommend platform enhancements and optimizations
- Stay updated with Veeva releases and industry trends
- Collaborate with Commercial Ops, IT, and Data teams
Special Requirements
Remote position. C2C employment type. Experience with Approved Email, Event Management, Consent & Samples Management, Surveys, Reports & Dashboards, Veeva Align & Veeva Engage are nice to have.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
