Our client, Brillio, is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect with expertise in NowAssist (ServiceNow AI) to join their team. This is a long-term opportunity for a hybrid role based in Dallas, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing on CMDB and integrations with security operations.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on the implementation and utilization of NowAssist (ServiceNow AI) for future enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ensure best practices are followed in ServiceNow architecture and development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow issues.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and AI capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and its best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, particularly with security operations solutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge or experience with AI capabilities within ServiceNow, specifically NowAssist.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
