Job Overview

We have an urgent need for a ServiceNow Architect for a long-term contract role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining platform stability and engaging with the ServiceNow vendor on new applications’ compatibility with our platform’s Data Model. Certification is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Engage with the ServiceNow vendor to ensure compatibility of new applications with the existing platform and data model.
  • Provide architectural guidance and best practices for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations and processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • CTA, ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM Certification.
  • Experience in implementing multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Encryption).
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
  • Implementation certification in multiple ServiceNow areas.

Compensation & Location
