Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect/Tech Consultant for a 6-month contract role. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ServiceNow FedRAMP implementation, including security, authorization, and continuous monitoring. This role requires expertise in ITIL processes, integration solutions, architecture-level configurations, and custom application development within the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation and transformation programs in ITSM/ITOM, FSM, and CMDB, as well as providing technical direction and mentorship to the development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Senior Architect/Consultant with strong knowledge of ServiceNow FedRAMP implementation.
- Possess knowledge of FedRAMP security, authorization, and continuous monitoring processes.
- Demonstrate experience in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, and Architecture level configurations.
- Showcase experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development.
- Exhibit expertise in ServiceNow deployments, integration with third-party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management, and merging multiple instances.
- Lead end-to-end Implementation and transformation programs in ITSM/ITOM, FSM, and CMDB.
- Have strong work experience and associated project experience in Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations, and Implementations.
- Possess strong knowledge in FSM design and implementation for large customers.
- Mentor and share technical knowledge and guidance with the team.
- Design technical solutions and provide best practices guidance based on customer requirements, converting them into functional requirements.
- Review requirements to ensure they are provided in sufficient detail for accurate estimation.
- Apply very good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and correlate impacts with customer requirements and ITIL/industry standards.
- Must be certified with ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in ITSM/HAM/SAM/Discovery, and ITIL V3 Foundation.
- Possess good Communication and presentation skills, with client handling experience.
- Demonstrate Java Scripting knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Provide hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with Greenfield, Replatform, Consolidation, and Migration projects.
- Provide technical direction for development, design, and systems integration for client engagements from definition to implementation.
- Review the work of the development team.
- Create and execute development plans to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Communicate and enforce coding standards.
- Develop and utilize deep platform knowledge and expertise in Workflow Configuration and Application UI Configuration.
- Provide coaching and mentoring, and be responsible for career development, education, and certification.
- Utilize generic Managerial Skills.
- Create and execute development plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Exhibit good Communication and presentation skills, with client handling experience.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and steer the team towards success by creating a trust environment.
- Be proficient in creating required information for Reporting and Dashboards.
Qualifications:
- Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator.
- Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in ITSM / HAM / SAM / Discovery.
- ITIL V3 Foundation certified.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow FedRAMP implementation.
- Experience with ITIL processes, integration solutions, and architecture configurations.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow custom application design and development.
- Experience in leading end-to-end implementation and transformation programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Java Scripting expertise.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
