Role Overview:
We have an immediate opportunity for a ServiceNow Architect. This role requires at least 3 years of experience, a ServiceNow CAD certification, and two CIS certifications. A ServiceNow Technical Architect (CTA) is a high-level expert responsible for designing, scaling, and governing complex ServiceNow implementations. They bridge business needs with technical solutions, focusing on architecture blueprints, security, and enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, scale, and govern complex ServiceNow implementations.
- Bridge business needs with technical solutions.
- Focus on architecture blueprints, security, and enterprise integrations.
- Create scalable, secure, and sustainable solution architectures.
- Define platform guardrails, instance strategies, and ensure instance health.
- Design integrations with external enterprise systems.
- Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Communicate technical strategies to executive stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow CAD certification.
- Two ServiceNow CIS certifications.
- Expert-level knowledge of CSDM and CMDB.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in architectural design, technical governance, and integration design.
- Ability to provide strategic advisory to executive stakeholders.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
