Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect or Senior Lead with extensive hands-on implementation experience on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a strong understanding of integrating ServiceNow with various systems and a proven ability to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and architect technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including OOTB spokes and mid-server configurations.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other upstream and downstream systems using APIs.
  • Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical architecture designs and solution diagrams for approval and implementation.
  • Create user stories with clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the delivery of projects in an onsite-offshore model, effectively coordinating with clients and offshore development teams.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Ensure the platform is scalable, maintainable, and adheres to best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on implementation experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Lead.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, and other modules.
  • Experience with integrating ServiceNow using APIs and understanding of OOTB spokes and mid-server.
  • Demonstrated ability to design technical architectures and create solution diagrams.
  • Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Experience managing onsite-offshore teams and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
