Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect or Senior Lead with hands-on implementation expertise in ServiceNow Now Assist and Agentic AI. This role is crucial for driving innovative business solutions through the integration of advanced AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Now Assist and Agentic AI features.
  • Develop and architect solutions for integrating with upstream and downstream systems using Agentic AI to achieve specific business objectives.
  • Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical architecture and solution diagrams, ensuring stakeholder approval and successful implementation.
  • Create clear and concise user stories with well-defined functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in leveraging the full capabilities of the ServiceNow platform, including mid-server configurations and API integrations.
  • Effectively manage projects in an onsite-offshore model, coordinating efforts between clients and offshore development teams.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of implemented ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Lead.
  • Extensive hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow Now Assist and Agentic AI.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in enterprise solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and architect complex integrations.
  • Proficiency in translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies and creating user stories.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
  • Experience managing distributed teams and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)

Location: Edison, NJ
