Job Description:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of large-scale ITSM & CSM solutions in a complex enterprise environment. This is a fully remote position.
Key Highlights:
- Architect & implement scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Lead end-to-end delivery (design deployment)
- Drive ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset & Service Catalog
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
- Build integrations with multiple enterprise systems
Must-Have:
- 10+ years in software development, 5+ years in ServiceNow
- Strong experience with enterprise implementations & integrations
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification
- Hands-on with ITSM modules & SDLC
Nice to Have:
- ITIL v3/v4, ServiceNow Architect certifications
- APM/PPM, DevOps, and government project experience

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year
