Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team. This is a remote contract position, and we are looking for a candidate who can bring innovative solutions and a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform to our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and best practices. This role requires a deep understanding of various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps, as well as the ability to architect scalable and robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop technical specifications.
- Develop and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Perform system administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and user guides.
- Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of ServiceNow solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar senior technical role.
- Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps modules.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Master Architect, Certified Application Developer) are highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
