Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect specializing in Telecom Operations Management (TOM) and Telecom Network Inventory (TNI). This remote position is designed for a seasoned professional with over 12 years of IT experience and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform within the telecommunications sector. You will be responsible for designing, architecting, and leading the implementation of complex telecom solutions that align with business and network operations requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and lead ServiceNow telecom solutions aligned with business and network operations requirements.
- Implement and optimize Telecom Operations Management (TOM) modules.
- Manage and architect Telecom Network Inventory (TNI) solutions.
- Oversee ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and platform integrations.
- Develop robust CMDB data models and workflow designs.
- Integrate ServiceNow with complex OSS/BSS systems.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of IT experience.
- 5+ years specifically in ServiceNow architecture.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow TOM and TNI.
- Expert knowledge of CMDB and data modeling.
- Proven track record of integrating with OSS/BSS systems.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $180,000 – $240,000 per year
