Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Servicenow Business Analyst to join our team for an onsite position in Tampa, FL. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical designs.
  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements, including modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and other platform configurations.
  • Create and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and platform optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features.
  • Work closely with development teams, project managers, and other IT personnel.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.
  • Familiarity with various ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in developing test cases and conducting UAT.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
