Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, analyze business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process workflows
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and QA teams
- Support implementation of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Assist in UAT, testing, and validation of solutions
- Provide documentation, training, and post-implementation support
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
