Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst

We have an urgent requirement for a ServiceNow Business Analyst with 7+ years of IT experience. This is a remote position with a duration of 6+ months. The role involves working with implementation partners TCS & PwC.

Job Details:

  • Need a strong profile as a ServiceNow Business Analyst with 7+ years of IT experience.
  • Must have Servicenow Business Analyst experience with some development background.
  • Strong hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow projects.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and UI policies.
  • Knowledge of key ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (IT Service Management), ITOM (IT Operations Management), or HRSD (HR Service Delivery).
  • Good understanding of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting is essential.
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and detailed documentation.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology is required.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
