Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join one of our client’s implementation partners. This is a long-term contract role focused on leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to improve IT processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories for ServiceNow implementations.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Catalog, and HRSD.
- Develop process flow diagrams and documentation for ITIL processes within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements and ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Utilize JIRA or Azure DevOps for managing user stories, tasks, and project progress.
- Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and ServiceNow best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes and functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they map to ServiceNow capabilities.
- Experience working on modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Catalog, or HRSD.
- Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams, functional specifications, and user stories in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Business Analyst certification.

Salary: $50 – $50 per year
