Position: ServiceNow Developer/Administrator

  • Location: Evendale, OH.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support multiple FedRamp ServiceNow instances to meet unique business needs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (architects, business analysts, developers, product owners) to understand and provide solutions across different applications on the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Perform production support including incident resolution and troubleshooting.
  • Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform, including routine changes and configuration adjustments.
  • Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of ServiceNow applications.
  • Collaborate with Platform and Delivery teams to perform ServiceNow upgrades and patching. Coordinate system updates across different instances, ensure latest patches, and configuration changes.
  • Assist with report configuration, dashboards, and maintenance.
  • Perform operational administrative tasks as needed.
  • Actively collaborate with teammates to perform code reviews, discuss new developments and projects, and shadow other junior admins/developers.
  • Support the administration for Production and non-prod instances.
  • Collaborate with the Production Support and ServiceNow Operation teams to monitor support cases.
  • Document administrative processes and issue resolution.
  • Work with business line stakeholders to develop clear requirements.
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings and other related Agile ceremonies.
  • Responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform for any reported problems across all instances.

Requirements:

  • Experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation & Location
