Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our team and support the ServiceNow Platform in a fast-paced Agile environment. You will be responsible for administering and supporting multiple FedRamp ServiceNow instances, ensuring they meet the unique business needs of our users and stakeholders. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, developers, and product owners, to understand and deliver solutions across various applications on the ServiceNow Platform. You will also be involved in production support, including incident resolution and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform, handling routine changes, configurations, and adjustments as requested.
- Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly system monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of ServiceNow applications.
- Collaborate with Platform and Delivery teams to perform ServiceNow upgrades and patching, coordinating system updates across different instances and ensuring the latest patches and configuration changes are applied.
- Assist with report configuration, dashboards, and maintenance, performing operational administrative tasks as needed.
- Actively collaborate with teammates to perform code reviews, discuss new developments and projects, and shadow junior administrators/developers.
- Support the administration for Production and non-production instances.
- Collaborate with Production Support and ServiceNow Operation teams to monitor support cases.
- Document administrative processes and issue resolutions.
- Work with business line stakeholders to develop clear requirements.
- Participate in daily scrum meetings and other related Agile ceremonies.
- Be responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform for any reported problems across all instances.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration.
- 3+ years of experience with Application Modules: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITOM/CMDB.
- Current ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
- Strong experience in system administration and JavaScript.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Experience diagnosing performance-related issues.
- Agile experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Priority consideration will be given to candidates possessing a current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for SPM and/or APM certification.
Special Requirements
US Citizen Only. 100% Onsite. FedRamp ServiceNow instances.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
Location: Evendale, OH
