Job Role: ServiceNow Developer/Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer/Architect with deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that streamline business processes, enhance automation, and deliver strategic value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
- Implement and maintain workflows using Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
- Perform platform configuration, customization, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture and development are followed.
- Mentor and guide junior developers on platform capabilities and technical standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules.
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications are mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow integrations.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and solution design.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM modules.
Additional Information:
This is a contract position with a duration of 6 to 12 months. The role is based in Columbus, Ohio, with the possibility for hybrid work arrangements. Candidates must be Green Card holders or US Citizens only. Background checks, including criminal background checks and drug tests, will be conducted by Infinite. State will perform BCI and FBI fingerprint checks. Onboarding will occur after all checks are complete.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
