Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in SAP Ariba integrations to join our team. This is a 12+ month contract position located in Deerfield Beach, Florida, with a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust integrations between ServiceNow and SAP Ariba, focusing on Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules. You will also configure and extend ServiceNow Procurement and ITAM modules, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate asset tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement bi-directional integrations between ServiceNow and SAP Ariba supporting Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Configure and extend ServiceNow Procurement and ITAM modules, including Purchase Orders (PO), Purchase Requisitions (PR), Receiving Slips, and Receiving Lines.
- Implement and support ServiceNow Ariba Spoke integrations to retrieve PO and PR data from Ariba and synchronize PO/PR statuses.
- Ensure ServiceNow remains the system of record for assets and software entitlements, while Ariba remains the system of record for procurement.
- Build and maintain Flow Designer flows, Script Includes, and REST integrations.
- Develop robust error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms for integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data mismatches, and reconciliation issues.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Provide knowledge transfer and comprehensive documentation to internal teams.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on integrations.
- Must have significant experience with SAP Ariba.
- Expertise in integrating ITAM ServiceNow with SAP Ariba.
- Proficiency in configuring and extending ServiceNow Procurement and ITAM modules.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Script Includes, and REST integrations.
- Strong understanding of asset management principles (HAM, SAM).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Experience working closely with vendors on integration projects.
- Familiarity with taking over responsibilities from retiring team members.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $75 per year (Estimated)
