Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The developer will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and administrators to deliver scalable ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Will do development for the HR Service Delivery modules.
  • Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Configure and implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and Service Catalog.
  • Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and workflows/Flow Designer.
  • Build and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
  • Create and customize Service Portal and catalog items.
  • Perform system testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Support ServiceNow platform upgrades and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and project teams to deliver solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for technical designs and configurations.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
  • Skills require ServiceNow integration, and experience with HRSD (preferably HR Case and call center migration).

Compensation & Location

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Plano, TX
