Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in configuring, maintaining, and developing on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules, as well as experience in application development within the ServiceNow environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow instances, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Develop and deploy custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, meeting specific business requirements.
  • Customize and configure core ServiceNow modules including ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management), ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping), and ITAM (Asset, Configuration Management).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform validation and operationalization of custom applications and configurations.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations and applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in setting up, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow instances.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in developing and deploying custom applications on the NOW platform.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
  • Minimum of 5 years of application development experience.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.

Special Requirements

Only US-Citizen required. Remote work.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $55 – $65 per year
