Job Description: ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This role involves customizing and developing ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements, integrating the platform with third-party systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of various ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Development: Customize ServiceNow applications, including forms, workflows, business rules, UI components, and client scripts to align with specific business needs.
  • Integrations: Build and maintain robust API integrations (REST/SOAP) to ensure seamless connectivity between ServiceNow and external third-party systems.
  • Technical Implementation: Develop new applications and enhance existing ones within the ServiceNow platform, translating business requirements into functional technical solutions.
  • Configuration & Maintenance: Administer core platform settings and modules, including Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
  • Documentation & Testing: Create detailed technical specifications, conduct thorough unit testing, and provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable, efficient technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
