Job Description:
- Platform Development: Customize ServiceNow applications, including forms, workflows, business rules, UI components, and client scripts.
- Integrations: Build and maintain API integrations (REST/SOAP) to connect ServiceNow with third-party systems.
- Technical Implementation: Develop new applications and enhance existing ones based on business requirements.
- Configuration & Maintenance: Administer platform settings, including CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Documentation & Testing: Create technical specifications, perform unit testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
