Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a critical onsite project in Omaha, NE. This role requires specialized expertise in either the Customer Service Management (CSM) or Health & Safety modules. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions to support enterprise-level business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Module Configuration: Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM or Health & Safety modules to meet specific organizational requirements.
- Integration Development: Build and maintain robust integrations using REST and SOAP APIs to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Scripting & Automation: Develop and implement Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
- Service Portal: Customize the Service Portal and manage catalog items, record producers, and portal access controls.
- Mobile Applications: Develop and support native mobile applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Change Management: Support and adhere to formal Change Management processes and development best practices.
Technical Requirements
- Proven experience with ServiceNow CSM or Health & Safety modules is a must-have.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with UI customizations and portal development.
- Ability to document technical solutions and follow rigorous development standards.
Work Environment
This is a 100% onsite position located in Omaha, Nebraska. Candidates must be comfortable working in a collaborative office environment and participating in technical discussions via Skype when necessary.

Visa constraints: USC, GC only; Interview mode: SKYPE; Onsite requirement in Omaha, NE; Must have CSM or Health & Safety Module experience.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $125,000 – $175,000 per year (Estimated)
